Helping people and ideas perform.

On stage, on camera and at work. I bring together more than 20 years of creative practice, people leadership and hands-on production experience.

Helping people and ideas perform.

On stage, on camera and at work. I bring together more than 20 years of creative practice, people leadership and hands-on production experience.

I am a creative professional, business leader, photographer and speaker. My work has taken me around the world, working for major brands and production companies, including more than 40 productions with English National Opera, and two Olivier Award-winning shows, as well as international performance projects, major brands, and the incredible team I have built at Kinetix.
The thread through all of it is people, ideas and performance. Whether I am shaping a performance for the stage, taking photographs, or helping leaders build a better workplace, I care about work that feels clear, human and useful.
Theatre & Film
Creative Professional, Director, action choreography, physical performance, and creative problem-solving for theatre, film and television. I have worked with production companies including the English National Opera since 2009, and contributed to more than 40 productions, including two Olivier Award-winning shows.
Leadership & Workplaces
Practical support for owners and leaders who want stronger, healthier teams. Brad’s Workplaces brings together more than 20 years of building organisations, coaching people, and leading creative work under pressure.
Photography
Portraiture, performance, theatre and commercial photography, informed by years spent working with performers and creative teams. I create images that feel purposeful, confident and alive.
Experience shaped in the real world
I have performed around the world for major international brands, built Kinetix from a simple idea into a busy organisation, taught at East 15 Acting School, and Mountview Academy of Dramatic Arts, reached the semi-finals of Britain’s Got Talent, beat the wall on Ninja Warrior UK, and set multiple Guinness World Records.
Different rooms demand different skills, but the fundamentals remain the same: lead from the front, listen properly, prepare well, set a clear standard, and help people do their best work.
