In 2016 Lonny Price returned to the Coliseum Theatre in London to direct Andrew Lloyd Webber's Sunset Boulevard, starring Glenn Close as Norma Desmond, and Michael Xavier as Joe Gillis.
I worked closely with Glenn Close in physical scenes such as Norma Desmond slapping Joe Gillis. I also worked with Michael Xavier at length on the death of Joe Gillis, teaching the skills required to fall, land, and react convincingly to a gunshot.
